Correct. I saw that published once. Nobody is mentioning anywhere. Just blaming the gator. To me, this is on the parents. OTOH, if the house was secured for him and safety in place and he still got out, then rule it accidental. It happens. Not their fault. But to just blame gators is nuts.

In November 2013, a 3-month-old boy was rushed to the hospital after an incident in which he began vomiting blood and stopped breathing, according to court records. The infant was diagnosed with a pneumothorax (collapsed lung), retinal hemorrhages, fractured ankles, fractured legs, and a fractured skull. Further evaluation revealed a punctured lung. Doctors concluded the injuries were consistent with child abuse.
Chances this caused or at least exacerbated the child’s mental handicap?

It was on WDSU news this morning.

Absolutely. Also, he had gotten loose from the home several times previously.

Flesh eating bacteria has been around for millions of years---well before humans ever arrived. Have some respect! If you just stay away from every body of water during the Summer you have nothing to worry about. Live and let live.

Yeap, that was official story mfer until I took the deposition of the coroner and showed him the report my expert did and he retacked his report and agreed that the alligator killed him within a reasonable degree of probability bitch, thus becoming my fricking expert too. The case settled later that afternoon so the official report was never changed. More importantly we got an agreement with the club and country to create a procedure to remove any gator that is over 5 feet long or receives any complaint on being aggressive, hopefully saving someone else.
So GFY
So GFY

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department has arrested Hilda Vasquez, the mother of 12-year-old Bryan Vasquez, in connection with his death.
Detectives confirmed that Ms.Vasquez was taken into custody on Sunday and charged with second-degree Cruelty to Juveniles and Negligent Homicide.
The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office determined that Bryan died from drowning with blunt trauma consistent with an alligator attack.

Should probably be its own thread. Going to get buried in here but nothing about this story has made sense. I felt she had something to do with it from the start.

I mean, this bitch abused him and caused him to have a traumatic brain injury when he was a baby basically, so why he was ever reunited is an even bigger mystery to me.

Too late. They've all been whacked.

This line could be said for 95% of news stories.

The same reason that POS mother in California was doing the same thing a couple weeks ago before she got arrested. Usually the loud ones on tv have to most to hide.
