Once again, the girl routinely got obnoxious drunk and she ran after the POS guys and willingly went with them. This doesn’t mean she deserved ANYTHING but it does mean she put herself in a very bad situation. This is something that seems to be not considered by the ones who are putting all the blame on the guys.
She shouldn’t have put herself in that situation and the boys shouldn’t have done what they did in that situation. Everyone’s at fault.

See this is exactly what happened in the original thread. Idiots aren't capable of removing their emotional takes, nor or they capable of understanding the details of what matters in the court of law. Just b/c someone says being drunk doesn't mean it's automatically rape, doesn't mean they are defending the 4 POS guys, nor are they saying a rape didn't occur. We are simply looking at it from a legal point of view, and i'm not even a lawyer, nor do i pretend to be one, but i have common sense.
I've said it many times, those 4 guys are pieces of shite. But i think you'll have a hard time convicting them of any serious crime here. I have no idea if what happened was rape or not, but i can definitely recognize that they shouldn't have had sex with her, but just b/c they did doesn't mean it was rape. Just means they are trash pieces of shite.

You realize there are 4 folks being charged and only one is an alleged (or convicted yet?) rapist. What do you mean by defending? Discussing whether or not someone will be found guilty or is guilty under the law is different than saying someone is morally correct in their action. Even if we were discussing moral culpability, in a case like this should not resort in name calling. Imo each of defendants has different levels of possible culpability and frankly one can argue so does Madison.
