I’m sure it won’t. But it’s gonna very hard to find a jury that will have any sympathy for any of these dudes… I don’t care what the judge instructs them to do…. Taking advantage of a young girl in todays society is frowned upon….

If there is even a sliver of doubt, these boys will walk, this is a stupid case to try and wasting a lot of resources and cause more pain to MB's family and the boys family not to mention MB's friends and her legacy and reputation.

I mean I'm someone the defence would fight like hell to keep off the jury and I'd be pretty solidly against conviction based on what information we seem to have.

Hey dude that’s uncalled for….I could have sat on a jury 40 years ago but today is very different. You have zero idea what a jury might think once the trial starts. Feelings are feelings.. to be fair I as well have zero idea what will happen. Just looking at what could happen.

in simplest terms, they used bruising on her body as some sort of proof she didnt have sex willingly, this guys story says that bruising was from consensual sex the day before. its a very very important detail that needs to be corrected.
the video evidence shows she wasnt incapacitated or too drunk to reason and function so that dispels the "she was too drunk to consent" theory
im not sure what really happened, but from the facts i have seen, they havent shown any compelling reason to assume she didnt want the gang bang to happen. i hope they burn if they are guilty, i just have many unanswered questions and the prosecution was clearly negligent in its case preparation

I guess we're all playing courtroom now but the point of this wasn't whether Washington had been charged beforehand or if that's admissible, but whether Carver knew of Washington's actions beforehand?
