“Why do we need so many private schools”
Private schools have very little options regarding students with more severe disabilities. Public schools are often the only option for these parents.

I know it sucks but some autistic kids shouldn’t be in regular classes with high schoolers.
Elementary is fine. But you have literal inbred fricks like this that would either mercifully verbally abuse the other kid or physically harm them.
Depending maybe on where in the spectrum the kids is it still works where only homo sapiens attend the school.

I like how the teacher goes to the phone to call help instead of going to the victim.
One of my friends literally got in trouble for basically protecting a student. You defend a student getting beat up and the school threatens to fire you. It’s insane.

Obama's Memorandum of Understanding to public schools concerning 'Disparate Impact' in school discipline.
Didn’t Trump reverse this or did another leftist district court judge decide to act like they have presidential authority?
It’s amazing how EOs are treated unequally by judges. Some treat Obama’s EOs as being on par with actual legislated laws.
Edit: Trump during his first term reversed it, but I am not sure if a leftist judge stopped Trump’s EO back then, Biden brought it back, or what Trump currently has done about it outside of once Dep of Education is gone every EO is gone as well.

at most you’ll get some OT Centrists feigning concern.
The concern will be about the comments in this thread, not the actions of a certain group of people who cannot be criticized.

I believe this marxist, destabilizing policy took on a life of its own. Whatever is, or isn't, on paper- schools have really leaned in on restorative justice, least confining discipline and balancing of racial outcomes.

There are quite a few irredeemable juveniles in this country. We shouldn't have to pretend they'll turn their life around, because 95% of them will eventually ruin more lives.

bingo. they tend to find comments to nitpick and say something snarky like, “like _____ is any different” or “it’s both sides”

Sure that piece of garbage will be a future prisoner

Autistic or not if something like this happened to my son I'm not sure I would be able to stop myself from seriously injuring the kid(s) responsible or even killing them

Oh yeah, really practical. You are such an idiot.
I’m not letting my child be assaulted like that again. I promise you that.
Call me an idiot, at the end of the day if you don’t start fighting fire with fire it will never stop.
It’s ok, you keep playing nice, see where that gets you.
Then again, it might be your kid that’s the bully. Who knows?

Every Progressive and Moderate on this site is smiling ear to ear. They want more of this, and they want it happening to your kids as much as possible.

I hope the school district is forced to pay for this kid's private school education and sued for enough to establish a college fund as well. Every single kid involved, including the filmer, should be expelled.

Pretty sure he was aiming at private schools won't have animals like the one that attacked the student.

Agreed. It's pie-in-the-sky thinking that these animals have better natures to appeal to. It's a waste of time and resources to attempt to turn them around.

A 15 year old that beats up an autistic kid and not only beats him up, but hits him from behind like a coward has no future.
