I’m not inferring I had the same exact situation. I wouldn’t have brought it up if the assclown hadn’t incorrectly assumed that I don’t know what it’s like to have multiple dudes of the opposite race pull up on me and point a gun. They wouldn’t have thought twice about pulling the trigger. Their folk applaud killing someone like me even more so. They are rewarded for doing so if they don’t get caught.

So their intent was to rob you. That wasn't the intent in this situation. The intent was to take the law into their own hands and use "civil arrest" to stop someone that they assumed was a their but had no conclusive evidence. Your situation was wildly different other than a gun and people were involved.

I don’t know what the hell their intent was and neither did he. It could have been a gang initiation in my case and maybe they just needed to pick one person to kill. Nobody is a mind reader.
I’m not inserting myself and I’ll say whatever I want if someone makes a dumbass assumption about my life. I know the situations are different and I never said I know what it’s like to be black and chased by rednecks with guns.

Rewatched the video, and again the literal fatal mistake was rushing a guy with a gun pointed at you. Not saying the guys were right in the slightest, but why is this the first instinct for some people?

I'd say the norm for people is not having a gun pointed at them in the middle of the street.
Hard to say what my "first instinct" would be in such a situation

Doubt it unless this gets moved to an Atlanta court. The local DA did most of the legwork and didn’t find enough to even arrest the guys.

Exactly.
It’s hard to predict what you would do. If some crazy people are after you with a gun then you may feel like your only chance is to try and fight them off. Go down swinging I suppose. You never really know what a crazy person with a gun is going to do either.
These guys handled this whole situation terribly. It’s very difficult to watch.
It disgusts me when people like these take the easy way out and just murder someone in a scuffle or fight.

The video proves two men had parked their truck in the middle of the road, one man standing in the fricking bed with a gun drawn attempting to perform a citizens arrest on an individual jogging they found suspicious in their neighborhood(ie black) by being at an empty fricking construction site.
I understand building a convictable murder case is a hard thing to do, even though these men are obviously clearly responsible for the unwarranted death of another individual, but for this to occur over two months ago with absolutely zero arrest performed is beyond fricking absurd. If there’s not a long list of laws broken but doing what I described above we just need to throw away our laws because they’re absolute garbage

DV by accident. Excellent point... Crazy to me that no one has cameras/video evidence of the break-ins. In my town even all the poor folk have cameras.
