That makes no fricking sense. The UK doesn't have travel restrictions with the EU and they have over 400 cases of CV right now. They aren't any better off than the other European countries that this is hitting.

My brother lives in Bangkok and is coming to visit in a few weeks and last airport will be japan

And yes Asia is nice!!!!!
Glad I have been through China already and seen the big things.....I think it is off my revisit list!!!
