A private organization that can exclude membership for any reason, and be one the most racially segregated groups on college campuses should not be allowed on the campus of a public university that is receiving tax payer funding, they should have been relegated off campus to private property a long time ago.

LSU doesn't have liability here... Phi Delt does.
Unless LSU knowingly allowed it and if so then they better get ready for bigger trouble

No, there are tons of non-black people in D9 orgs.
For a white person to pledge a D9....seen as cool
For a black person to pledge a non-D9........ehhh, its almost excommunication from the black community.

The university, the chapter, and Phi Delt national are exposed here. That's why the national organization drops the chapter as soon as the word "hazing" is mentioned.
We have two mega-threads going on here repeating that hazing and binge drinking are common knowledge on campus. LSU could end up paying.

I wouldn't go this far on either end of the spectrum, but I will say black frats and sororities are generally welcoming of non-blacks, and those who make it through usually become rock stars in the orgs.

Plot twist: I was looking at the Phi Delt FB page and they have had at least one black dude in the recent past. IIRC one of the upper tier sororities also pledged a black or maybe mixed race girl within the past couple of years. Still outliers, but not as monolithic as it used to be.
