Try it and report back.

The original District Attorney should be facing these charges himself.

Sounds like it's fine so long as you're a cop. I had forgotten about this case, but didn't they say the cops rifle shots killed half of the victims?

my bet is that this is the reason for the charges being dropped, sounds like the cops set it up and initiated the firefight, and the DA's office is doing a Janet Reno to avoid embarrassment of having to charge all of the LEOs with murder, etc.

I just researched it again to refresh myself of the details. LEO knew of the meeting ahead of time and positioned themselves outside the parking lot. 12 semi automatic rifle rounds fired by three different LEO, four of the nine victims struck with .223 rounds.

The civil suits filed by all the released bikers is going to wreck their shite.

Unless, which I highly doubt, they got an agreement from the bikers to be released in return for them waiving any rights to civil compensation.

Wish he would address my question about this being a planned deep state event

I don’t know if I’d call it a “deep state” set up. But it was a setup none the less Involving both state and federal agencies. Here’s the facts.

1. The Feds infiltrated the Cossacks MC. This club had existed peacefully in Texas for decades with no problems with anyone. They were a small club that never caused trouble.

2. Shortly after the Feds infiltration of the Cossacks, this tiny local peaceful club all of a sudden started a war against one of the world’s largest MC’s, the Bandidos. For some context, this would be like Jamaica trying to invade the USA. As this war against the Bandidos was being started by the Fed controlled Cossacks, the Feds also began an investigation into the Bandidos.

3. The day of the Waco Shootout, both State and Federal agents had a pre-staged perimeter set up around Twin Peaks where the COC meeting was to be held. SWAT units were ready and snipers were already deployed.

4. Video clearly shows the Cossacks arrive at Twin Peaks, even though they were not memebers of the COC, and immeadetly surround and attack members of the Bandidos as they arrive in the parking lot. Among the Cossacks who staged this attack were men who were infiltrated into the club by the Feds.

5. As soon as the Cossacks began their attack, the Feds and State police both moved in and opened fire indiscriminately into the crowd, killing and wounding several, including numerous innocent bystanders.

6. Immediately following the shooting, the Feds and police rounded up everyone at Twin Peaks and arrested them. This includes over 100 people who were not part of either the Cossacks or Bandidos and took no part in the fighting or shooting. These people would later that night be charged with felonies en mass. Most would spend weeks and months in jail. Most had their motorcycles seized. Many lost their jobs, homes, and even custody of their kids. Basically, they had their lives totally ruined by the state despite overwhelming evidence that the vast majority were nothing more than innocent bystanders that day.

Those are the facts of the story. And it’s terrifying that we now live in a country where something like this can happen.

I gotta give credit where credit is due. Darth has been saying from day one that this was going to happen. He caught a lot of shite for it, but in the end, he was spot on. Well done, Shifter.

Thanks, Festus. But for me, I’m just glad this is finally over. My only hope now is not that people will see this as me being “right”. That doesn’t matter. What does matter is people see what can happen when the government oversteps its authority and shits on people’s civil rights. This time it was bikers. But it could just as easily happen to any group the government doesn’t agree with or like. If we allow things like this to stand, we would have to accept the fact we live in a police state were your rights are meaningless. Either we are all equal under the law, or none of us are equal under the law.

Along with details of the slaughter by LEO's, Darth goes into the history and demographics of the area on his blog. He provides some good insight into the people there, and why they are like they are.

I guess so.

There actually is a pretty good blog out there that has done a shite ton of work on the Waco case. It’s from an old biker (not me) who calls himself the Aging Rebel.

LINK

If anyone deserves credit for being right all along on Waco, it’s this guy.
