Walking into that mall as a child and seeing that two-story carousel felt like it was straight out of Great Gatsby.
When that disappeared I was forced to entertain myself by trying to squeeze through those wierd side openings at the Mervyn's entrance

THAT'S a Philly cheesesteak place. FFS, those folks are originally from Philadelphia.
Thanks, I'll go there

The new mall, and the mall white people used to go to.
Tennnis shoes and baby clothes.

Do you go? It sounds like you go ? When you go, are there people there?
I was there recently on a Wednesday afternoon. I realize that most people were still at work while I was there but I had hoped to see the stores a bit more busy.
The stores all looked very nice with lots of inventory and all of the staffs seemed very nice.

It's a pretty bleak place honestly.
No it certainly was not when I visited. It was a nice mall with nice stores and nice people.

Name your favorite city in Louisiana! I dare you!
Go ahead and name your favorite city in Louisiana. I will trash it to smithereens and make you cry.
You won't take my challenge because you know that I'll make you look like a fool.

I believe cnbc said there haven't been a mall built in over ten yrs. No telling how many closed. Tells you enough about the outlook on malls.

He's gone. The best Philly-cheese steak sandwich is at Brocato's near the coliseum. They are open for lunch M-F. closed by 2 or 3pm.
I like there's better than the one at the mall. The one at mall was very good too.

I only go to that mall for kids pictures with Santa and Easter Bunny. A few years ago, minors couldn't enter the mall without an adult on Friday and Saturday nights. That mall has gone downhill big time over the last 10 years.
Well maybe you should go more and encourage others to go. Malls are are awesome and need consumer support to stay viable.

Have you had a Philly at Brocato's? They make their own bread.
In my opinion it is the best in town.

frick that. If it's even slightly cool when you're there, go to Outlaws and get the brisket chili. IT's fricking awesome.
There is also a place called Quibideauxs that has all kinds of good shite. frick the mall.
