The Machine is the name of an entity at Alabama that allegedly controls the workings of the University by assuring that students who go Greek are shown favor in SGA and other things. It's awesome.

You were right about St. Louis having the worst black thugs in America. The OTers just don't understand....
They have this "We owed stuff" mentality.

It is called the Rednecks Entering Cousins society or REC for short.

This pisses me off something fierce
They want a permanent safe space for all black students to congregate.. because they don't feel safe?
Wasn't the whole movement to be equal? This is so racist and goes against human rights and equality.
And what about white people who have experienced racism from black people and don't feel so safe?? Imagine the idea of a "white only" safe space..
They want to go back to segregation now?
I am so upset at the hypocrisy of this

So black people are now demanding colored only areas be established? I feel like I'm being mind fricked. Do they need safe water fountains and bathrooms too? I seriously can't even get their line of thinking on this. How does a group get together and agree this is an appropriate list of demands? I'm lost
Agree. Perhaps safe seating in the back of the bus. Safe seating places away from lunch counters. Safe seating in the back at movie theaters . Safe schools where only blacks are allowed.

Wonder what George Wallace would think of a seperate place for black students?

If #12 was to remove Nick Saban as head coach, I'd support their movement.

none of that list is reasonable at all. 9 is particularly laughable

Easy get a ton of Obama voters together they will agree to any dumb demands.. How many Obama voters does take too put in a light bulb? None cause they have other people to do it for them..

Saban is a racist. Only wants white QB's. Please please let Bama's black players boycott the last two games.
And Coker turns around to hand off but there's nobody there! So he looks downfield....nobody there either.
We could at least send Trey Quinn on slants but there'd be nobody to throw it to him.

mizzou could have snipped it in the bud. This rash of shite is at the hands of mizzou

I'm white, but in certain scenarios I identify as a student of color who needs special treatment.

It's hard to take your political opinion seriously with Col. Reb as your avatar.

Nope, It's Liberals, and especially Liberal Professors who are to blame.
This was going to happen some where, and this derelict, who's parents are loaded, was talked into being the first.
Like i said in beginning of Mizzou stuff, it was not about racism, it was about Loftin and Wolfe taking away benefits from grad assts and other dealios. But what better way to push an agenda, than to play the racist card. And it worked.

So, they want segregation in the Union? That's a contradiction in terms isn't it?

This is further dividing us ALL over again.
Imagine a foreign student coming over here and being told they can't go to certain places because they aren't allowed.
How backwards will we have become as a nation.
We should be considered equal. A black only place to feel safe.. That's so fricking racist it just blows my mind.
I honestly feel like more black people in America are raised to have a hatred towards white people or automatic distrust than vice versa. I could be wrong, but it sure feels this way.. and I hold absolutely nothing against any person of any race or background any time I meet someone. I truly just treat others how I would want to be treated. With courtesy and compassion.
