Years back I had just started at a hotel out here and wasn’t totally familiar with the system and typed ‘obvious hooker’ into the second address line instead of the attention line. Luckily Whoever checked her out caught it before handing her the receipt

In the repair business we write down word for word what the customer says for 2 reasons. 1) to have an accurate description of the problem in their words and 2) for legal purposes. One time I had a customer describe his problem as "Jeckin like a motherfricker" to which I typed out word for word. Little did I know I had the wrong RO# pulled up so I typed "Jeckin like a motherfricker" on some sweet old lady's ticket. You could imagine her confusion.

I suspect that she instead gave some bitchy lecture about lactose and allergies and crap that made the clerk decide that she was, in fact, a crazy bitch.
