Alabama to start allowing out of state college car license plates

I did a search on it and could not find it...it's old news but I wanted everyone to be aware.
Alabama to allow out of state tags in 2014
I was not aware of this...but do not yet see an LSU tag out there on the website.

Yeah...when I moved here from Texas...I got a "Welcome to Alabama"...ticket on I-65. Should have listened to my inner La voice..and headed my arse back to Louisiana then...

Yeah Alabama is probably one of the only remaining states to only allow the in-state colleges to have custom plates. Good to see a modernization in the politics of this state.

Yeah they tried that in Georgia and then the legislature outlawed tags other than GA schools. You still see a UF or Barn one occasionally though
