Are you serious right now?
Sexual assault doesn't necessarily require the physical act of overpowering another individual.
There doesn't have to be an actual struggle or physical altercation to denote rape or assault.
Coercion is by definition sexual assault. By using a position of power or authority for the purpose of manipulating a subordinate, the perpetrator is automatically in the wrong.
Do you think most sexual assaults involving male educators requires a forcible struggle between the victim and perpetrator? Because that is often contrary to the truth.

Statuatory rape and a suspended sentence seem to indicate a willing underage underaged victim and a grown man making a terrible choice. This is actually an similar sentence to the ones the women get so seems fair enough to me. This guy still comes off as a TPOS.

Rape in the second is when "witness is incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated"....15 year old was drunk. This also happened in 2012 when the guy was 22.

We had a local sex offender who called me a liar for saying he was a sex offender. So I got his arrest record, printed out is confession (public record) where he described molesting the child (blacked out innocent child's name) and passed them out to everyone.
He went to the sheriff and wanted me arrested for slander/libel. The sheriff laughed and told him "It ain't slander or libel when it is true, you dumbass!"
