Promotions like this always baffle me. It isn't like you are getting them for free it is built into the price. Now if you need a Bible, flag and shotgun then maybe but it is highly likely none of them would be what you would buy with your own money.
As for US made flags I bought one from collinsflags for my neighbor. He would always buy the Chinese ones and let them get tattered before he replaced them. While I don't fly any flags I couldn't sit on my porch and look at that disgrace. They have one called Tri-Tuff and it is well made and seems to handle the weather well and I am sure it is a lot more expensive than a Chinese one at $30 for a 3x5 it didn't strike me as explotive at all.

Yeah this isn’t a deal, although I like the message it sends. We send a nice gift to every customer that allows us the opportunity to work for them and are very grateful for their business. In actuality though anyone that spends thousands of dollars with us probably figures the gift is built into the estimate. Again it’s about the message.
