It's sad, but that kid will likely have no chance of having any type of normal life.
If he was found naked, chained up and forced to sleep in a dog crate, there is no telling what else he experienced throughout his life. And when the only people in the world, he should be able to trust and turn to for protection, does this.. How can he go out in the world and establish normal relationships?
These people need to be put somewhere, where they are not allowed to breed again.

These type of people are everywhere. I know it's funny to joke about it.. Because Alabama is an easy target and they might have more of these type per capita, but they live throughout rural United States and there is no telling what type of shite goes on with some of them because they are far away from other people, no one sees what is going on.
