Yea I live out here...grew up on a farm so I don't like the small lots and big houses.
But it has been great for my kids and the school district is top notch. Both kids excelling at major universities due to the high level of achievement required at their schools.
Overall net good, but I do miss living in the country and the fact my children do not have that experience. But then again I went to a half arse school district.
