Well Marcus Garvey did start the Back to Africa movement and Liberia and other African nations were earlier founded for the purpose of being homes for freed slaves.
If you want to call youself African, and you want to hate this nation. Then go to Africa then.
I will say this very unpopular but very true statement. The descendants of slaves are better off now than the descendants of those who captured and sold them to slavery.

Well let's think this through.
I've been to Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria. I'd live in any of them tomorrow if I were required.
Threatening me with having to live in Europe would be a pleasure.
Threatening anyone to live in 98% of Africa would be scary.

what gets me is people who think this is how black people think. Most black people think and act no different than any of us. Same concerns, worries, goals and ambitions.
I think we and the media tend to focus on the ones who make a good story or go against the grain.
The problems we face aren't really black and white, they are economic. Poor blacks and poor whites have similar issues, similar 'ghettos' and similar crime statistics.
I think rather than the focus always being rce, we need to focus on the real problems at hand affecting the poorer communities.
