Forget about the wife you are thinking about betraying. There’s obviously a deeper issue there.
But think about your kids.
Absolute best case scenario, and I’m not even talking about the financial burden you’ll have on you, you’ll get 50/50 custody.
So those kids you claim to love, you willing to miss half the hugs. Half the “I love you daddy’s”? Willing to have them wake up crying in the middle of the night because you aren’t there, thinking they did something?
Man, you don’t even know. You don’t know how much it hurts when your little girl asks you why mommy can’t live with us so they can have both all the time.
You have NO CLUE the lives you will alter and damage, over some middle age poon? That will age like baloney in the sun.
Have some compassion for your kids and start thinking with your heart instead of your dick. You’ll thank me later when you aren’t lying awake, alone, wishing you could hold them.

Stop digging the hole. Your feelings don’t matter. Break up with girlfriend and go to confession. If you are not familiar with the Bible get one. Read the psalms in the 50’s. There is one there about David getting his shite together after his affair with a married woman, who he had her husband killed so you aren’t any worse than any other sinner. Your feeling for the girlfriend are going to evaporate anyway. That stage never last in the best of circumstances. Act like you are in love with your wife and in shirt order you will feel like you are. It will come and go but we men trade our sexual wolfing for long term meaning and significance, found in devotion to family. Get back in the boat and tow with the rest of us. I promise you , it is not worth continuing on the path you are on.

With 4 kids, the odds that you have at least one daughter is strong. Stop right now and think about how you feel if you wake up one day and realize that your daughter(s) found another “you” ......

I grew up in a broken family like that. I didn't speak to my mother other than a few words here and there from age 11 to 24. Assuming he's legit, he's messing with a lot more than his own marriage.
