First off, if you really want it to work, you'll have to discern whether she has daddy issues.
Is her biological father still married to her mother and if so, do they have a normal, healthy father-daughter relationship?
If yes to both questions, she's probably worth you investing emotion and work in the relationship.
If no to either or both questions, you're on your own. My experience with those were they were difficult to deal with other than the attention/sex which was good to great.
Sorry if this isn't much help but kids aren't raised in a vacuum, Dads not being there for daughters is tough on the daughters when they get in relationships.

Well that's the thing is that we have gone back to each other even after taking 4 months away and basically hating each other during the time. Been together almost two years
