What's the best kind of green in your opinion?

Besides that icky. I think I prefer the collard. Harder to get tender, but damn they got some flavor. My grandma is one of the best cooks I know. She won't cook a collard and uses racially slurs to describe them. I've got a pot of collards and smoked turkey necks ginning right now...
