Be interesting to see how much visibility the cop that took down the killer gets. Zero visibility means this was a cartel hit, and law enforcement fears retaliation .

In some countries they don't publicize the names of these mass murderers. In our country there seems to be a pattern of attention seeking and suicidal behavior and attention has created incentive for young people on the edge.
