I still can't get into fully grass fed steaks. There's an earthy twang I can't seem to enjoy. Give my cows grains, at least to finish.

I need new music

Get a Sirius XM subscription or download and explore alt radio on Pandora. There is a lot of great new music out there. I like the North Americana channel on XM. Will drive your wife crazy though.

We have lots in common…

Yep. In my case, a 60yr. old woman (married since ‘91)

Others:
-- Steely Dan
-- Cigars
-- Old Fashioneds
-- Intense pride in (and love for) all things "Southern" including Pimento Cheese, Pecans, the Allman Brothers, and as someone above posted, greens.

Going to the office. 25 year old me sat in a cube wondering how I was going to do this for 30 years.

48 year old me loves walking in and meeting with my team and putting together game plans, ping pong tourneys, and all hands meetings with free snacks.

A reverse example- I used to love IPA's and all the varieties of them. Now I can't stand them. They all taste like Pine-Sol and cat piss.

I have never understood the love for IPAs, my husband drinks that crap sometimes- it smells like granny's perfume and yes, tastes of pine-sol.

Cottage cheese.

Give it another shot.

I still have a gag reflex on this.

I eat everything. Except cottage cheese.

I used to not like Talking Heads.

I could watch the new Psycho Killer video every day, now.
I'm enjoying about 7 of their other songs as well.

One thing that just occurred to me, I quit smoking right around when I fell out of love with IPA's. Now I wonder if being a smoker had dulled my taste and smell, then when my nervous system was relieved of this burden, I stopped liking cat piss.

Green olives that I now love.

Red wine

Blue cheese

Like others said, being home. I guess with my job and me being gone so much, I really love just cooking and chilling with drinks at home.

My dude doesn't smoke... there's no answering for his disgusting craving for IPA. He will drink regular beer too though, so there's that.
