and focus on how much worse each one of these is going to get before it gets better (if it gets better in our lifetimes)

The one thing that can stand are the SCOTUS appointments but Conservatives don't always like SCOTUS decisions
When the Executive position is strengthened it stays strong for whoever follows. Conservatives should never encourage consolidating power in the Fed. Govt
Thats why we need to focus more on Legislative victories
Hell after 92 when the GOP took the House and Senate we had some great wins
