There are no official reports on this incednt that I know of, but google his name and watch what all pops up. Not to mention the sheriff while he was in office spent time in federal pen. That's a lot of info.

That's not a lot of info, actually. Hard to google without at least one actual name (business or person) or location.

So, I'm supposed to blame the Governor for some hypothetical corruption in an unnamed parish using parish funds?

Boom, there it is.

Another reason I've wanted John Kennnedy to run for governor. When I was in high school I attended a Chamber of Commerce meeting where he was speaking, and he explained how Louisiana doesn't have a revenue problem, just a spending problem. He then went into some of the contracts that we are wasting money on every year or giving to out of state companies/universities instead of our own. This was during Jindal administration so he wasn't coming from a partisan standpoint, just wanted to get it fixed.

No, you’re supposed to blame the Governor when he wants to raise taxes due to budget shortfalls when we have an annual budget in the top half of the country.

We have a spending problem and a corruption problem that no one wants to address.
