Yea picked up a shift b/c I didn't want to go to Nola with the gf to see Da Gay Bears lose another State Championship. I was there in 90 when she was 2 and CHS was spanked by Ruston.

Dobermans aren't natural assholes like pits.
Rottweilers are some of the sweetest animals I've ever been around and make INCREDIBLE family pets. They have a natural protection over little kids that is pretty heartwarming.
I hate that those two breeds get bad raps. Rotties especially. They are great pets.

I brought my dog to PetCo the other day and they had a Rottweiler there as well. Very well mannered dog, but people of color had a tendency to scream and/or move quickly out of the way of these two dogs.
Neither dog showed any aggression or paid any attention to these people, which leads me to believe I need to buy another Dobie.

My next guy will be a rottie.
My wife was hesitant but we know a couple with one in Nashville and its the coolest and sweetest animal. Big ole lap dog, even at the dog park it just wants to roll on its back for all the humans and get a belly scratch.

Yall wanna know a funny, not racist, stereotype of upper middle class black people?
They tend to have small long-haired dogs(shih tzus are VERY common). I've statistically proven that tendency in 20 yrs slanging pizza and it's almost FACT out in the AP(more of this demographic than in BR).
