Thinking about this a bit, I disagree.
I feel like multiple times (especially in semi-public settings) when the women initiates the action they've got straight for the junk so that you know they are DTF. Guys prolly in more situations than not start out with the kiss when they want to initiate secks, but I have to say it's not the same with women.
