Looks like he's making his scary face. I don't think this kid is like the other two. Lanza had legit mental problems and Holmes was borderline genius. This kid is just an angry loser.

Look, I'm a white guy, but I hate it when people make the mental illness excuse for white mass murders.
This guy was just full of hatred, like that idiot in Norway. This was a hateful person wanting to harm people for their skin color. There's no reason to give him an excuse.
Chris Dorner didn't get those excuses. Derek Todd Lee, who literally has an IQ of 75 and might well be a special needs individual didn't get those excuses. The beltway sniper didn't get those excuses. People just called them what they were. And they shouldn't get those excuses either, because what they did was hateful, and horrible.
I full expect to get hammered for this, especially here, but that's my 2 cents. Don't try to rationalize this as a guy suffering from mental illness. Hundreds of thousands of people in this country suffer from severe mental illness and don't walk into a church or a school or a theatre and murder innocent people.

First two were legitimately crazy, Roof I'm betting was high as a kite on something during his little rampage. I'm sure underlying hate and being a dumbfvck kid was the underlying root of the whole thing but I bet he was on something. He looks like he is coming down in the mug shot..

What's really telling here...the bowl cuts. Can't trust someone who puts a bowl on their head and cuts their own hair.
