You take away guns and sharp objects and somebody can still run over people in a car.

The left is running trains on you. What are you waiting for?

Did you think this was some kind of gotcha? Because you're a fricking moron if you do.

Kids are dying while you daydream about plying soldiers.
Kids were dying of the same thing before today and you didn't give a shite. Kids will continue to die tomorrow of the same thing and you'll be back to not giving a shite.
You're touched today because they all came in one big act. Pick off one or two here, two or three there, no one really notices, no one really cares. Have 18-20 die a year from random assholes firing indiscriminate rounds for someone stepping on their shoes.....not a fricking peep.
Let the "Wow!" story show up to tug at the heart strings and now....now we must do something....anything!
Nevermind that every other law we have hasn't changed a thing, throw some more laws that either can't or won't be enforced at the problem. That'll do the trick......I'm sure of it!

Mental health evaluations would be a good start, checking to see if anyone has ever been Baker acted prior to selling them a gun.
Arming teachers who have went through training with firearms and putting resource officers in every school. Most schools where I live lock all exterior doors between classes as well. Also wouldn’t hurt if someone is on an FBI watchlist and purchases weapons for the FBI to actually look into it.
Guns aren’t the problem, mental health is a huge issue in America it’s often glorified to suffer from mental illness. No one should be using this as a way to further a political agenda we should mourn the loss of these innocent lives and strive to be better to each other everyday. At the end of the day it’s impossible to stop people who want to do this just like it was impossible to stop Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer before they committed murders.

We need unrestricted access to guns to protect ourselves from the government.
Its a steep price to pay, but true tyranny is far steeper.
you really think guns will protect you from this govt? they're only going to protect your existence, thats it.
Assuming you can even react in time before the super market shooter blindsides you.

Worked pretty damn well for Afghanistan.

as long as you are ok if it’s your kids that get murdered, I am completely cool with your honest opinion
Posted on 5/25/22 at 12:12 am to Centinel
Well Afghanistan had thousands of people committed enough to actually fight for a cause and it only took them 20 years and a the US making political decision to just give up.
Flawless victory but I don’t see any off y’all doing anything.

The only revolution is the government coming for guns
It will be an absolute bloodbath for everyone

I thought Most gun owners were law abiding citizens.

And, after thinking it through, my answer is “no”. Maybe the body count would be less. But we could never 100% assure ourselves schools would be safe for our kids.
Of course not. Because bad people will still do bad things. And the government will do far worse.

The US government forcefully attempting to take guns away from the population would probably not go down smoothly
Posted on 5/25/22 at 12:40 am to Vamos Brandonos
100% agree with you
The reason the government doesn’t over step it’s bounds is because people can hold up in an area and wish a mutha fk’r would.

If we are going to have a debate about gun violence, then we need to also address all the gun violence in Democrat-run cities.

Probably further.

Not true.

eck, we brought guns to school.
Criminal. Even then.

Columbine happened my senior year.
And that was nowhere close to being the first incident. It was the first incident that ignited a call for change though.
