I'd think there was a better example of a psychopath in the movies than that guy, like Pesci's character in Goodfellas.
I wouldn’t dismiss the title character in “American Psycho” either.

Yeah, this. There is an important scene where Sheriff Bell asks the prosecutor if he knows who Mammon is. (definitely in the book, don't remember if it is in the movie). That's a pretty good clue to what Chigurh is about. He may be the most accurate portrayal of a Psychopath in a movie, but he technically isn't one. He's on another level.

I thought you might figure me out eventually. Researcher-Scientologist-Attorney. I'm running out of hats.

Is psychopathy in the current DSM?
Yes. They just changed the name to ASPD (anti-social personality).

The real Tommy DeSimone makes Pesci's character look like an Altar Boy.

My favorite scene in the movie is when Carla Jean calls him out on the coin flip: "the coin don't have no say, it's just you."

Never heard of this, had to search what was this about. Saw it was listed as a great movie. I guess I'll have to check it out. Is it as good as they say it is?

Ted Bundy was an archetypal psychopathic killer.
