That’s probably what he will get and I tend to agree but Texas is pretty harsh on felons so it wouldn’t surprise me if he got something worse. I think the chances of him getting a lighter sentence are higher if he pleads guilty

Killing someone isnt some widdle mistake. Its serious and needs to have consequences. He killed someone because they asked him to leave and his feelings got hurt. That kinda person does not deserve to be walking the streets free. Tough shite man, pretty easy to not kill someone like that.
