I’ve seen it. I work in mostly all male environment so I hold my own. I want to be treated as an equal and having boobs is hard enough of an obstacle.

I worked with a wonderful woman (RIP Maggie) , amazingly smart, compassionate and sensitive ( company owner ) who would just dissolve into quiet tears any time the stress level hit hyperdrive. She’d just be overwhelmed. It wasn’t even a negative thing or a weak thing, it was more of a physiological response. I liked her more for it somehow.
