Let me put it like this. Most of us here are married with kids. What would your wife do if someone grabbed your kid in Walmart with truly malicious intent?

Run to a store employee for protection and call 911, while likely screaming at the top of her lungs for HELP until the entire store knew of the situation

Maybe mace him.

was about 80-20 Patel. What made me 100-0 was this fact. And now even further I'm leaning towards malice vs just a misunderstanding on her part. Her and his behavior after the interaction) also caught on camera) is NOT consistent with her story. There's also a witness right there when it happened. And to cap it all, right after the interaction the kid actually does fall and she runs the kid over) also caught on camera). So his "kid was falling" is very reasonable.

You see the interview with her and her kid? She clearly trained him up

No plausible for an intelligent Patel to go to a place full of surveillance cameras and other security to kidnap someone.

It is plausible that a lady joyriding on a handicap scooter would make a false (or severely misinterpreted) accusation.

Looks like my initial thought was correct.

I generally believe Patels over scooter people.

Such a good point. If all I knew was one person was named Patel, and the other was using a scooter she didnt need in a wal mart....I know who I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to
