Father protects son(Tiktok)
I know it’s tiktok but I wasn’t sure how to post it any other way.
For those who don’t have tiktok:
In Belton Tx Landis Hooks son got knocked out mid bull run. As the rodeo clowns distract the bull, his dad comes down to help him. As he’s checking on his son, the bull charges and goes after the man and son horns down. The father jumps on top of son and takes the hit. (Sorry if already posted).

That boy better not ever think his dad doesn't care about him. Damn, that's nuts

100% agree, but he would've have cared for him just as much if he had steered him away from such a stupid hobby.

Love to see the father's reaction.
2 bucks and knocked himself out falling off. Gonna guess the dad knew that might happen. Hopefully that was his boy's last go at bullriding.

Hope he is ok, he wasn’t moving

if only there was some way this stuff didn't have to happen. It's a shame someone tied that young man to a bull that has straps around his lower belly area.

Looks like a horn to the head was the KO blow.

I found that moving. No matter how his son found himself in that predicament, the father risked his own safety to protect his child. A parent's love is a very powerful force.

I am all for dangerous hobbies, but when they involve animals I kinda scratch my head. Not cool bro.

More injuries are caused by the hooves than the horns. The bulls horns are tipped so its more like getting hit with a baseball bat. The hooves of a 1700 bull can do a lot of damage when they are dancing on you. Especially that sharp dew claw.
