First came “the Dab” which eerily resembles the “Roman Salute” See how the majority of participants are young children making light of this serious gesture. The origins of “The Dab” are all but innocent as you can see in this photo. The purpose is to humanize hatred and re-package it as “fun” to Americas unassuming children. There was “The T Pose” a bodily gesture designed to resemble the popular KKK “The Burning of the Cross” which once again became wildly popular among America’s generation Z. The birth of “The T Pose” is highly debated with many attempting to claim that it originated within video game culture but no one can argue that the KKK had existed long before video games were ever even conceptualized. Upon research i quickly came to a youtube channel titled “Master Nibu” who gives a tutorial on “How to do a Swastika Pose” Those re-claiming the swastika as a “symbol of peace” is undoubtedly a part of the attempt at reaching children. This video has taught countless children this outrageous pose who have all gone on to teach their friends, families and co-workers. As you can see in the image below, young commenters under this video have suggested they are attempting the pose at their schools.
