A couple different Ouachita Parish guys busted for pleasuring themselves outside recently

OUACHITA PARISH, La. (KNOE) - The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office says they arrested a half-dressed man who was seen rubbing his exposed genitals on the side of Well Road.
According to arrest records, a driver saw Roy Tullos engaging in the action near the 700 block of Well Road Sunday morning. The victim reported seeing Tullos with his pants down and Tullos was seen stimulating himself in public "with no regards to the public view."
When authorities arrived, they say Tullos was only wearing a t-shirt, a right sock, and a work boot on his left foot. His pants were on the ground nearby.
Tullos also reportedly told authorities he had used meth the night before.
Tullos was booked on a charge of obscenity.

According to arrest records, the incident happened around 10 a.m. on March 16 at the Coalition for Children on Hall Street.
Monroe police say 42-year-old Michael Ashley was walking on the sidewalk when he stopped and looked through a playground fence. A witness told police that Ashley pulled his pants down, started rubbing his genitals, and began to call children over to him.
When officers arrived, they say Ashley's pants were still unzipped.
Ashley was booked at the Ouachita Correctional Center on felony charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and obscenity.

Had a chick I worked with catch a guy whackin it while she was running on the levee near Forsythe park. She came across a cop car not long after and told them and she said they instantly knew who she was talking about.

I’ll never forget my first visit to the haight-ashbury district in SF. It was a gorgeous day outside. We were rolling around looking for a parking spot, and some dude was just laid out on a hillside in the park on a blanket next to a picnic basket, with perfect exposure to the street, looking up to the sky, only wearing sunglasses and socks...just fricking jacking it.
