The OP's attempt to imply that CLA was founded on a racist agenda borders on libel. Christian Life Academy opened before Judge Parker's ruling.

weren't PBS, Chapel trafton, and St mike's all formed in the aftermath of the ruling?

CLA opened in 1981

Parker received the case in 1975, you're correct that the ruling came after the school opened but I'd throw wager in that the founders knew what was coming

reaction to mass redistricting and send kids all over a metro area against their wishes is hardly racist. reacting to the destruction of neighborhood schools has little to do with race

1983/84 was certainly the aftermath of the ruling

Sounds like a religious school (parochial) not a private school. There’s a difference to everyone one outside of South Louisiana.

StM/BS was in the works way before the ruling came down. Mom told me, she remembers the superintendent coming to their church many times advertising/raising funds for a new catholic high school for BR
