Activist shareholders. Literally, they are buying up oil stocks to force the company away from fossil fuels. These people will bring about the Mad Max times. Assless chaps...assless chaps everywhere.

So automated electric trucks and nuclear power is the answer. We should do that right? It can be completed tomorrow.

That's not how it works. As technology continues to evolve it will probably be cheaper to drill. There is a company in Dallas that has software that enables one person to run 6 drill heads at a time from anywhere in the world. Imagine how much cheaper it will be as more and more tech automates even more processes.

My $60k bonus this year is enough to offset the increase in gas prices.
I’m ok with it.

Oil and gas is here forever!!!!
Even the Biden admin knows that though the will never openly admit it. That's why they have issued tons of permits despite pushing green energy BS
Biden is approving more oil and gas drilling permits on public lands than Trump, analysis finds

If you're doing your riserless section with 16.3 ppg I would hang out close to the muster area because the operator doesn't know what the frick they are doing. That should way exceed the frac gradient in probably any area in the gulf before you would run riser.

Thanks activist investors

Being that plastic is a derivative of crude, I can't see that day becoming reality.
