This needs context. Usually there’s a covid floor. That’s normal. Is the “entire” floor full? No.

Some in the PICU, two are intubated.
I’ve seen where comorbidities are still the biggest factor especially with younger people. It’s at nearly 100%. This is no different from the original strain.

if a chance at $1M didn't get people to be vaccinated. Safe to say everyone's mind is made up.

At this point I feel like I'm either incapable of getting Covid or have already had it and don't get symptoms from it. Either way I've cross over to complete frick it mode with respect to Covid and the vaccination.

I was directly exposed at least 4 times before I ever got Covid. When I did I didn’t even know who or where I got it from. It’s crazy how these viruses work.

RSV is rampant right now and sending lots of kids to the hospital. I have two friends who have gone through it already. A positive covid test with RSV wouldn’t shock me.

Do masks work? If so, why 6 feet?
Does the vax work? If so, why the mask?
If the vax works, then why are we seeing vax/and unvaxxed at the same molecular load levels?

Apparently you've never heard of the swiss cheese model

And you're borderline retarded

Do your brakes on your car work? Then why haven't you removed the air bags and seat belts?

I also see the Ochsner statewide census, you didn’t respond to that

You also didn’t respond to the UK having no uptick in pediatric severity with children

I haven’t even touched on your bullshite statement of Children’s having no covid admits with the first strain. That’s laughable

Curious why Doctors wear masks in surgery/hospitals and 90% are vaccinated at Ochsner.

Good to know. Children under 19 to me is a broad range. When people start talking about children it tends to stir emotions in people with kids. If there’s an obese 18 year old in the hospital, that’s way different than a 1 year old in the hospital (obviously not trying to minimize what those parents are going through when their kids are in the hospital with covid). I think they should be careful when reporting these sorts of things to distinguish those factors so as not to cause a bunch of parents to freak out.

Because doctors and nurses are the only workers in a hospital system.

Individuals with terminal degrees are vaccinated at much higher rates in hospitals.

And doctors are the most highly educated of all employees at a hospital.

No coincidence that the most highly educated have the highest vaccination rates.

Not at all. I would expect those that come in contact with the sickest people to be vaccinated. And at the beginning they probably figured they couldn't afford to get sick, not knowing at the time that the vaccines aren't working that way.

Are they still wearing pseudo hazmat suits every time they see a patient?

WITH or FOR covid?

We will never know.

The fact that we don’t know tells me everything I need to know

So when Dr Fauci said masks are pointless, we should believe him?

When those Drs came out for HCQ a while back and were silenced by all media, we should believe them?

How about this Dr?
quote:

Alvarez also criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci, rebuked the idea of asking vaccinated people to mask up, and blasted the recommended policy of mask requirements for children in classrooms:

"I respect him as a scientist, but I don't respect his public policies anymore...For the 70 percent that are now protected [by vaccines], let things continue to move on...This is not science. These are political and social mandates...don't punish the children."

Which is why JBE had the hysterical female Dr at his press conference about all the Covid miscarriages she had seen & saying it was coming for our children

The entire point of her being there was to scare parents which is why they don’t say exactly what is going on

It would be a lot different if she said there have been 8 miscarriages with Covid positive patients, 5 were obese, 1 had gestational diabetes
Out of the 15 kids in the hospital, 3 of 5 over age 10 are obese
2 of the younger kids have heart issues we are monitoring, 1 was positive after an emergency appendectomy…

There is a reason they are vague with information, especially in regards to kids
