Ha ... in her 60s now.
Dude if she gives head good enough to garner the title "head nurse" we need pics, no matter if she's 60.

Her last words were probably “I’d rather be dead than have to look at your ugly walking-dead face.”

How "common" is it? One out of 1,000 elderly deaths? 10,000? 100,000? And how much has it grown in the past two decades (and how much of that growth is simply due to there being more old people in professional care, or better forensic practices, or increased media/social media attention, etc.)?
I think that is what people are questioning.

If I were that guy, I would just kill myself before imprisonment. He'll probably be 89 by the time he gets behind bars. He might live a couple years in there. Prison is not a place for a 90 year old man. I'd make my peace, go out and enjoy myself on bail, then go out peacefully.
Of course he probably can't travel over 100 ft without some kind of nurse aid.

Might be dementia-related.
Almost a certainty. Have had to deal with a similar scenario personally, unfortunately. No charges, but could have been if things had gone differently.
This gentleman would most likely be horrified if he was in his right mind and knew what he had done. It's tragic and he doesn't deserve to have it publicized.
