There's an awesome arcade here in Dallas called Free Play that only has the old 80's games. $10 cover gets you in and all the games are free. Excellent bar with craft beers Plus after a certain time no one under 21 is allowed. It's awesome.

I had a space invaders pin ball machine.
The flood last August destroyed it.

The pizza place that was next to it, the one that was right on the corner was called The Orange Bowl. It closed and then reopened as another pizza joint but I can't remember the name.
Orange Bowl was like Lake Charles' version of an Orange Julius. They'd give you the slice on a sheet of wax paper on a paper plate. I remember it being pretty decent pizza.

It broke my heart. We kept the back glass though as a memoir of the good times.

Friend I was in high school dad set up an Arcade in a strip mall and made his son work there so he knew where he was. Lot of people hung out there... Galaga was my game. I won a tournament and had high score at one time. There was a hack that I knew and once you performed certain maneuvers, no more bombs were dropped at you.... My friend would always reset the machine if he noticed me playing all night on 1 quarter.
