I can't do 1 & 4.

Couldn't do it at 18 either.

I love taking on new challenges and proving naysayers wrong. This, however, is a cakewalk.

If you can’t do 5 pull-ups or have no chance of doing the dead hang, there ain’t no maybe about doing the dead hang

Already edited after initial confidence

However you will not convince me that farmers carry is harder that dead hang

I can deadlift 200+ pounds over my body weight (not bragging a shite ton of people can)

If you tied 200 pounds to me I couldn’t hang for a millisecond

The farmers walk makes the entire list stupid

That is an elite accomplishment for any age person

It would be the equivalent of telling a 30 year old they should have 3 million saved in their 401k

If your answer to 7 is hell no, your answer to 4 is hell to the hell no.

Maybe I’m crazy but I’ve dicked around holding the 100s in both hands and it’s fricking heavy but not unbearable

The second I start hanging I feel I’m in hell

Go walk with the 100s in your hands. After 45 seconds report back to this thread

I can do all except squat and farmer carry. I have the strength to do both but I had a fractured L5 vertebrae and a couple bulging discs so I can’t do that shite anymore or I’ll frick my back up

But then you have to start walking with them and your legs and shoulders and fingers feel like they are in hell asap. Two minutes is a long farmers carry.

Your walking carrying your body weight as opposed to just hanging stationary…how would the dead hang be harder?

If anything they’re equally hard IMO.

Because the weight can’t be distributed and carrying takes a hell of a lot more midline and shoulder stability than hanging in place

I dead hang to failure every night before bed. I’ve worked up to almost 3 minutes now.

The FC would be harder for me. I carry 80# KBs up and down my driveway 3-4x a week. Each set takes about 45 sec. I’m pretty sure I could do heavier weight for another minute, but I know my forearms would be screaming.

I think you misread my post. I’m saying the farmers walk would be harder.
