But there's 4 people working?

I know a place like that in Portland. They let back an extra person for how many are working. 3 employees allows 4 back etc.

Sometimes is slow but they have the best prices in the St. John's neighborhood so I wait.

It’s crazy expensive. You have to hire a consulting team to help you navigate the legal process. For work I met with people from this team.

My guess these ladies can get your business up and running. For a price they get all your permits and operation issues solved.

I remember a lot of the old medical dispensaries being like that.

You think pharmacies or pharmaceutical transport trucks don't have all of these as well? shite, the pill manufacturer transportation trucks alone have more security than any dispensary I've ever been in. The end user experience is the same in both situations, you pay, get your shite and walk out happy

Shhhhhhh
Pot is the most persecuted substance in the world!!!!

I disagree. In states with full legalization there is still non taxed transactions. That’s not black market. If it is, 90% of all shrimp fishermen are black market dealers

Louisiana would rather keep it illegal and stay a one industry state that is absolutely broke than open up a new sector that will bring millions in revenue.

It's because law enforcement would be cut out of the picture in a big way. No more access to a slave labor force, loss of millions that they normally gain through civil asset forfeiture, and maybe most of all, loss of the daily per prisoner stipend that parish jails receive for housing non-violent offenders.

There's no question in my mind that LA would already probably be legal if Louisiana had a such thing as signature driven voter referendums. Unfortunately, LA left that out of its state constitution.

As it stands now, LA passed the most restrictive MMJ program in the nation almost 4 years ago now, and still, not 1 single patient has MMJ in their hands yet. It's supposed to be May of this year that the first patients are finally served, but I wouldn't be shocked if more delays happen between now and then.

And it's illegal and you can be stripped of your license for selling unknown/untaxed pot into the market. Eta....forgot to mention the criminal charges that they could press. Illegal marijuana makes it black market marijuana. Something we have known about in the NW for a long time.

That just makes them tax evaders. Something that won't get their Captains license taken away from them. They can still shrimp after being caught.
