“Beaten” is a bit of a stretch.

Also, why does that bank look like a Waffle House?

What legislation gives the bank the right to require a person to wear a mask?
Wow. You sound like a communist.

You are in here throwing around a words like “authoritarian” and “statist cuck” in a thread about private property rights.
And you are seemingly siding against the rights of the private business.
Do you even know what the words you are typing mean?

I’ll ask again. Why are you against the rights of private businesses?
I’m not. I just don’t think a business should be able to arbitrarily violate the rights of their patrons. I think that if there is no legislation backing up the mandates, then they shouldn’t be able to enforce them. I think that governments of all sizes have spent the last year or more using emergency powers to enforce mandates, rather than passing legislation, and now that many of the emergency powers have ran out, they are allowing businesses to enforce the mandates that they forced upon the people, even when they had plenty of time to make laws the way they are supposed to be made in this country.

Before watching the video I thought how terrible, poor woman. After watching, she did not comply, she was then forced to. No problem from me

In fine with this. As long as private businesses have the right to deny service to any individual or group no matter what. This includes choosing to not serve; minorities, gays, trans, cops, etc.
If there is an exception, it’s useless.

Plenty of businesses had mask policies BEFORE the mandates FWIW
This is so simple.
Businesses should have always been the ones deciding whether or not they require masks.
Texas is currently doing it right.

And exactly what legislation in Texas gives the bank the right to require people to wear a mask?
The same legislation that the bank can require you to wear a shirt and shoes. They are a private business and can set their own rules.
If you don’t follow them they can ask you to leave and if you don’t they can file a trespassing report and that’s exactly what happened here, then the police can tack on resisting arrest if you resist
Exactly what happened in this instance

you don't think, say a grocery store can post a sign saying, "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service"?

I love threads like this. It shows just how much of a hypocrite the people here are. People on here pretending they side with the left or the right only do so when it's convenient for them.
If a black person is arrested by the cops, people will look to the body cam to find anything the person did to justify the arrest. When it is a white person, suddenly they should have left them alone. Then that same poster will try to pretend they aren't racist as frick.
If a business makes a rule against gays and gets backlash, then the government needs to stop overreaching. But when a business makes a rule you disagree with, suddenly those businesses have no right. But then you want to claim you're not homophobic.
Some of you people on here would make LeBron James blush with all the flipping and flopping.

Yea. I'm very anti- "government mask mandate". But this is a bit of snowflake melt by the OP.

Do you realize there are also restaurants that require you to wear a jacket or you won’t be allowed to enter.
Are you really this fricking stupid?
