So if the bank decides you have to wear flip flops, cargo shorts, and a gold hoop earring in your left ear, you can either comply, or they keep your money?
Yes.
Why are you against the rights of private businesses?

I'm for freedom FROM government. That means if a private business wants you to hop on one leg while you are on their property, then you should do so or leave. This is regardless of government "mandate".
What if the business policy is trying to avoid the government crackdown for noncompliance?
Quit being an authoritarian bootlicker, and support free range humans.

So are you ok with private banks refusing to serve minorities?

Sure, but that doesn’t mean we can’t ridicule the bank for their stupid mandate.

Extremist huh. She, just like you, can bank elsewhere.
Unless it's a cake, then you have to bake it or face the consequences.

Friend of mine is the Police Chief in a medium sized jurisdiction. When this shite all started he told the Mayor and City Council: "We are not and will not be the COVID Police. If you want that, replace me." He is still the Chief. It was a Balls move.
They don't respond to no mask calls.
They don't respond to no mask calls.

The only people who can be discriminated against are Christians and white males.

After Abbot drops all mask requirements
I didn’t read the article, but did you miss this part?

He dropped government mandated requirements. Encouraged businesses to keep it if needed.

Good Lord, the covidiots are going to linger longer than the disease itself.

The video wasn’t disturbing at all.
Hey old lady, you should use the drive thru if you don’t want to wear a mask. Pay attention to the rules posted on the door.
I applaud that cop.
Bet she wears a mask next time.

Okay, I’ll ask you. What legislation gives the bank the right to require a person to wear a mask? And as another poster said, were the laws against wearing a mask in a bank repealed?

And there is a 100% chance she would have left, just as soon as they took care of her banking business.
That's not how things work.
When a private business or property owner tells you to leave...you have to leave then.
Not when you get finished.
If I come into your house and you tell me to leave...I don't get to tell you I will leave after I get through using your bathroom.
When you are told to leave and you refuse...you are guilty of trespassing.
It's a simple concept that you shouldn't be struggling with.

The mask is a moot point. The bank told her to leave and she refused...therefore she was in violation of the trespassing statute.

I have no idea because I don’t believe that the government should “allow” private businesses to set their own rules. Do you wait for the government to give you permission for everything?
I’ll ask again. Why are you against the rights of private businesses?

The fact that he had to go to court to defend his private business and personal beliefs is the terrible part of that story.
