Two men armed with pistols enter house, one is shot dead by the 60 year old homeowner. Other one might be wounded but he escapes.

quote:

“It’s the state of Texas. If you’re going to go into someone’s home, you’re going to get shot,” Hanks (shooter's neighbor) said.

quote:

Police are still looking for the second intruder, described as a man in his 20s who was wearing dark clothing with red underwear peeking out of his pants.

Murica.

If more home Invaders were shot, would there inevitably be less home invasions?

You could argue that. But you also have to remember that the people committing home invasions aren't that bright so they might not even think about these possibilities

I love how the article never states the pistol make or model but shows this image:

Don't relegate to only home invasions.

Most criminals don't think there are repercussions to their actions.

Some frickwit in Florida fake robbed a bank to help his comedy career.

My favorite part of the story - can't report the perp's race but can report that he was busting a sag.

Sounded as if her shooting percentage is 100%.

Now, her kill percentage currently sits at 50%, but it remains to be seen how wounded the other gentlemen is.
