The only one getting arrested in this situation should be the arresting officer. And he should be removed from his post.

I mean does anyone possibly think this is how we should be dealing with grade school children?
If they would have complied this wouldnt have happened.

We're talking about a kid who graduated from kindergarten earlier this year. Not some 18-year-old high school drop out with a drug problem.

Yep and in all likelihood the parent (not parents) all of a sudden give a shite.

Cops don't belong in schools.

no doubt moms of today put newborns in daycare and let them and the schools raise them but I think the cops should be in schools to stop school shootings?
and not arrest kids, amirite?

Funny how they do a lot of one and none of the other. Almost makes them look like bullies... Nah, I'm sure there's a better explanation.

They should have called the parent(s?) or grandmother to pick her up for the day. Mini-suspension without being called a suspension. Tell the grandmother there will be longer breaks for the student if she can’t control her behavior again.

It's a K-5 school.
If these teachers can't handle the attitude of kids between the ages of 5-10 then perhaps they shouldn't be teaching.

The kids have to be arrested, if the cop just loaded em up and took them out of the school that would be kidnapping.
