The Ruebens will be a little well-done today.

Well are they doing anything or just sitting there? Maybe they’re having lunch?

Surprised Mayor Broome hasn’t expropriated it yet to connect Tara Blvd and Essen to help traffic. Also, development would help the tax base for the City of BR.

I know you were joking, but these are the type problems the engineers left us when they designed the interstate.

The interstate exit should have been designed to miss the cc to the west and run northward to connect with Wooddale. All this should have been in the works before Tara was designed.

We needed a big north/ south corridor between College and Airline.

Why couldn’t they do it now?

It’s just a bunch of Geezers playing golf. Inagine how much congestion it would free up. Basically Burbank to Florida (Starring, Essen, BRCC link, Tara Blvd., Connell’s to Florida).

Imagine the new development and taxes that Baton Rouge could generate.

What’s the problem? Why do the people of BR have to suffer so some 80-year-old can putt in the middle of town? Let them play at a BREC park.

Only because they built about a half dozen neighborhoods in the way.

There is nothing in the way. I-12 exits to Essen. Then it’s a straight fairway and maybe 6 houses until Tara Boulevard.

The best route was just west of the cc. Tara Blvd is way to far east to line up with Wooddale
