Darth, you can't seriously believe that.

He does because he is in a bitch club to the Bandidos.

The only reason he advocates for this is because he is one of them. If it was Black or Hispanics he would be all for it calling them TPOS and how they should be in jail forever, etc

The police would NEVER be allowed to do something like this if the people were Black or Hispanic. Imagine if the cops showed up at some Chicago block party where maybe a dozen black gang members had a shootout and arresting 150 people and holding them for months and months while there is clear evidence most of them weren't involved. There would be cities all over the country burned to the ground over it.

The thing I don't understand is if it just about riding and comradery then why the need to dress up like an outlaw biker (patches and club name).

Its silly to dress up like a thug biker then get upset when people assume you are a thug biker.

If you don't want people to think you are a duck stop walking and quaking like one.

My personal opinion is even if you were tangentially involved you catch charges.

No, you clearly stated your opinion is being okay with innocent people going to jail as long as it meant guilty people didn't go free.

So you, sir, can go frick yourself with a cactus.

This may sound crass, but the people who join MCs are quite literally the loser dregs of society. Their whole lives have been nothing and they are quite frankly total losers. What they do is join a group of people who are similar to them in order to make themselves feel included and special. It gives their worthless lives a semblance of meaning.

It's a sad reality but these people are the lowest of the lowlifes of society.

Spoken like someone who knows absolutely nothing about bikers and the MC world other than what you've seen on TV. Here's a thought... if you're totally ignorant on a subject, it's probably my best to keep quiet and instead listen and learn.

Darth, what's the silliest tattoo somebody in your biker gang has. Also, what's your favorite crime you have committed?

This coming from the shite stain who's already said he wants the government to have expanded powers to lock up innocent citizens and said he's fine with innocent people going to prison if it means also getting a guilty person.

I don't often say things like this, but this world would be a better place if the whore that brought you forth from her worn out maw of a vigina had instead let the $10 John frick her in the arse the night you were conceived.

ETA: and I bet that $10 John was a biker. That's probably why you hate all bikers.

If these MC club members made up 12% of society and committed 54% of violent crime, would you be OK with arresting all of the 12% with video showing most had done nothing wrong?

This is what you are espousing.

By the law they are committing a crime. Engaging in organized criminal activity. I don't care if it was 12% of society contributing to 1% of total crime.

Pulling up to eat wings and discuss legislation concerning motorcycles is not against the law. This is what most were there for.

Well unfortunately it is against the law when you are dealing with MCs. Every single person there that day affiliated with a club was guilty of engaging in organized criminal activity. Read TPC 71.01 and 71.02. You don't have to have knowledge your affiliation is enough.

It's no use trying to reason with him. Trust me, I speak from exprence. He's big government liberal socialist and hates things lie the constitution, rule of law and freedom.

ETA: case in point, just look at his post right above mine. He honestly thinks simply being a part of a mtotrcycle club, any club, means you're engaging in organized crime.

Which I wonder how he feels about clubs like The Blue Knights???

Guess they're organized crime as well.

I don't think so Darth. I think he is trolling you specifically. Nobody can be that stupid. I have also read some of his other posts on other subjects in the past. He is not as stupid as he is trying to appear in this thread.

No, he really is that stupid. I've seen him express very similar views in other threads. The guy is badically a statist bordering on fanatic.

No I'm quite familiar with them (Bandidos and Confederates). Are you claiming that a large portion of these type of clubs aren't meth heads, thieves, or just plain trash?

I know them as well. And plenty of them are exactly as you say. But far more are not. I know of a lot of cops who have been convicted of everything from child molestation, drug dealing, stealing, kidnapping, and even murder and on and on. Should I assume all of them are thugs and criminals?

True but those cops are shunned and osterized by their peers, not respected by their organization.

My point is if you aren't a 1%....why dress like and associate with them.

I got numerous friends who ride but none of them fill the need to dress up in matching biker costumes.
