All these people who hate cops need to stop and write these guys a thank you note. That could be marijuana that was headed to your kid. The lives that could have been ruined by that amount of pot are incalculable.

I actually giggled reading this post.

If you truly believe that weed is dangerous, then there's no hope for you.

FTR, I'm not taking a side on the legalization issue as i'm still undecided. I drink. I've smoked weed. I get the point the legalize it crowd is trying to make.

But don't discredit yourselves by trying to argue that weed is harmless. There are some detrimental effects that come from using it.

It's sad that people like us are now considered pariahs by the younger generations. Like you, I want to save society. But I'm starting to wonder-- are these people even worth saving?

I say legalize it based on its need to take harsher drugs out of the picture..But those factoids you posted could come from drinking tap water

So you're insinuating that anyone who has ever smoked marijuana didn't have a "good upbringing"? Please elaborate.....

well not really from tap water (unless you have a link)

but you are correct in principal. I'm simply pointing out that it (like damn near everything) isn't harmless. The fact that they are similar to other items doesn't negate the negative impact.
