Dude you’re downplaying children being killed, shot, or shot at.

That’s not a side of an argument you want to be on.

frick yeah I’m willing to take a bullet to eat a meal from a James beard chef. Just the price you pay bro. It’s really just a part of the experience wondering whether or not you will get killed before making it home.

This was the first homicide of the year in the 8th district apparently

I would say Florida does too, but I actually believe people in third world countries have higher IQs and more class.

Less likely walking home than driving home with the drunk drivers around this state.

You'd have to hate every waking moment of your fricking life to do this shite all the time. Why don't they prove they have balls and shoot themselves. Miserable fricks

They are looking at this as a negative, but until white middle to upper class class men, women and children start getting gunned down I see this as a positive.

So as long as it's not white children, no issue?

As in plural? More than one random collateral damage 8 year old or is this a pattern?

You're right. One 8 year old is a perfectly fine thing to accept.

I’m willing to bet money more 8 year old or younger kids get eaten by Pit Bulls a year than get randomly shot in isolated shootings.

Well then who cares if one gets shot down! New Orleans is great!

In regards to the fact that a 2 year old was shot but is expected to recover:

quote:

Is that considered to be gunned down?

But it's not all bad because...

The kids aren’t the targets

Being serious for a second, despite you typically being a smartass whenever I post in anything NOLA or LA related, I've always just considered you a guy who loved his home town and saw the best in it.

This is just......bad.

I don't think anyone is saying the 8 year old getting shot is excusable, but because it is NOLAw it is considered business as usual.

St Tammany had two young children murdered last year and it wasn't even a blip on this boards radar.

Comes off a faux outrage.

You're mad I'm posting facts. The only class anyone on this board has is if they're in school.

Louisiana has 2 cities in the top 10 of the highest murder rates in America

Florida has a better economy, lower crime rate, quality of living, etc. Louisiana is dead fricking last. There's no comparison.

I understand what you're saying, but the kids growing up around these thugs start out innocent and grow up knowing no better. How do we stop that cycle? Removing statues clearly was a great start.

How many of those shot are blacks and how many of those doing the shooting are blacks? Can we set the over under at 80% for both of them? Don't these people get enough food stamps that they ain't got to be killin each other over some fried chicken?
